Please click HERE to get the latest porn industry and sex trafficking news while I am working to upgrade this blog. It's slowing down the process to add the news here as well as in the new template at Porn in the Valley so these links give you easy access until this project is complete.

This way, you don't have to change your ways. Once the transfer is complete, you'll visit here one day soon and the new template will be here. I've gotten 320 entries moved thus far so I should be done in about another week or so. Thank you all for your patience and support during this exciting time. I hope you enjoy the new design as much as I do

Adult film star legend Jada Fire (pictured) made a heartbreaking announcement Thursday that has devastated many porn watchers. The woman who portrayed the former Secretary of State “Condoleezaa Wright” in the unforgettable film “Who’s Nailin’ Paylin?” has officially announced that she is leaving her fans high and dry (no pun intended) and quitting the film industry for good.

The proud recipient of countless coveted awards, such as the 2009 Urban X Award for “Best Anal Performer,” Fire began her porn career in 1998 at 22 years young. Fire, who has appeared in hundreds of adult films, actually made the cut and had a legit cameo in the TNT police drama ”Southland,” where she played the girlfriend of a gang member.

Fire actually gave her breaking news item to her adoring fans via her Twitter account:

the_jada_fire $★jada fire★$

THE DAY HAS FINALLY COME..IM OFFICIALLY RETIRED FROM PORN..

So why is the Black queen of raunchy giving up her glorious crown? Fire tweeted that she is tired of the game:

the_jada_fire $★jada fire★$

I have midterms next week so you know how that goes. I'm in a fast track program so the classes are intense but very informative. Please bear with me as my successes will also be many of yours along the way

I saw a bumper sticker today that said "You Can't Fix Stupid But You CAN Vote It Out" and I was soooo tempted to get out at the light and shake the driver's hand lol. The below articles and videos are evidence of the sheer lunacy of what's going on politically. With the next year full of hopeless candidates and their rhetoric, I thought this fitting with my assignment this week which is about Treason and Terrorism so I'm sharing my homework with you o

And btw, the Tea Party's acts to attempt to shut down our entire country's system is called terrorism. This is an attempt to overthrow our government so they can gain total control of our society which has already caused irreparable harm to our entire system and thus, our citizens. Not that I like the system we have now but I sure don't want these extremists taking over and doing it by threatening to or effectively shutting down our government to get their extremist ways. It's close to being treasonous what they are doing. They are using their power and influence to affect our entire political system without going through the normal democratic process or listening to the majority (which is what democracy is about, right?). They have even used violence at town meetings and debates to interrupt the democratic process and affect citizens ability to be educated about the issues. There has been an escalated violence from this group ever since Obama was voted in (again, the majority chose him so who is this about again, our majority society or special interest groups like the Tea Party group), all in attempts to gain control of our government through illegal methods. These ALL fall under the definitions of domestic terrorism.

This week, I'm studying domestic terrorism in my constitutional law class. From my book:

"The Smith Act of 1940 –made it a crime to “advocate . . .overthrowing any government in the U.S. by force” in action or writing."

You know, if we just enforced the laws we have, our country would be in a whole lot better shape

www.bing.com/videos/watch/video/tea-party-candidate-talks-of-government-shut-down/68t06ih?src=v5:share:permalink:

Copyright 2008 - All Rights Reserved

If You've Followed Me Very Long, You Know Eminem's Words Always Inspire Me ;)

Copyright 2008 - All Rights Reserved

What About the Women? Sex Tafficking Victims Need Comprehensive Health Services

The main issue in dealing with those who have been subject to human trafficking, “a form of modern-day slavery” that often includes sexual exploitation, is what is in the best interest of the victims. All victims of trafficking clearly need health care services to recover. Women and girls who have been victimized by sex trafficking must be given comprehensive health services, and that includes reproductive services. But this is more than health care; it is the restoration of a woman or girl’s human dignity, the right to determine what will happen to her body and how in terms of reproduction.

Yet, in the recent controversy over the Department of Health and Human Service’s decision in late September to end funding to the U.S. Catholic bishops’ Migration and Refugee Services, a program to help these victims of trafficking, the issue is framed as “Obama versus the Catholic Church,” and cast as an issue of religious liberty.

Where do the women and girls who have been sex trafficked and their well-being fit into this framework? I have spent years studying the horrendous system of sexual exploitation of women, children, and men, and writing about it with Rita Nakashima Brock in Casting Stones: Prostitution and Liberation in Asia and the United States . I have done Bible studies for more than a year with women seeking to leave the sex industry in Chicago. Sex trafficking, a particularly “loathsome,” crime-ridden aspect of the systematic sexual exploitation of women, children and vulnerable men of what we call the “sex industry,” is callous sexual cruelty systematized for profit.

I have talked to women of all ages who have been trafficked in this system, and I have concluded that what is evil about this system, besides the criminality of kidnapping, torture and enslavement, is that it turns a human being into a thing, a commodity for sale. The Westminster Catechism instructs us that the “chief end” of a human being is to “glorify God” and “enjoy” God “forever.” But instead of human beings destined for a God-relationship, sex trafficking makes people into bodies that are disrespected in the most appalling ways, and the human will is deliberately destroyed.

Women and girls victimized in this sex trafficking system need health care; that is beyond dispute. But what they also need is a restoration of respect for them as people capable of ethical decision-making where their bodies, minds, and spirits are concerned. Reproductive services, including contraception and legal abortion, are part of that restoration for them, to choose or not to choose as part of their journey toward wholeness.

There was “no reason given” by the Department of Health and Human Services for non-renewal of the grant to the Catholic agency, yet it has been interpreted through the written instructions by HSS to groups requesting grants through the Trafficking Victims Protection Act that “strong preference” will be given to organizations that offer referrals for the “full range of legally permissible gynecological and obstetric care” to mean the Catholic group “could have been denied funding under those instructions because of the Church’s opposition to abortion and contraception.”

The American Civil Liberties Union, which filed a lawsuit in 2009 against the contract, saying it was unconstitutional because the bishops would not refer pregnant sex-trafficking victims for abortions, applauded the Obama administration decision to deny the grant. Brigitte Amiri, an ACLU lawyer, told Bloomberg: “We applaud the federal government for recognizing that trafficking victims need reproductive-health series and making awards based on those needs. This has little to do with religion and everything to do with what the trafficking victims need.”

In September 2009, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops said the ACLU lawsuit is “without merit and an affront to religious liberty.”

Those seem to me to be the parameters of the debate. Is this an issue of “religious liberty,” or “what the trafficking victims need”?

Religious liberty is not the freedom to impose one’s religious views on others. We must ask, “when does religious liberty shift from the freedom to practice one’s faith to the imposition of that faith on a diverse public?” as Sally Steenland of the Center for American Progress asks us to consider. “Or,” she adds, “to put it another way—when does liberty for some become discrimination against others?”

If the Catholic Church will not, because of its theology, provide the full range of reproductive services these women and girls who have been sex trafficked need, then indeed the contracts should be awarded to those who can offer them. The women and girls who have been sex trafficked and their needs come first.

Religious liberty means respecting the conscience of a believer; it does not mean that any one religious faith has the right to impose its views on an entire society.

My interpretation of this decision by Health and Human Services is that it is not discrimination against the Catholic Church; instead, I believe HHS is rightly advocating for some of the most exploited women and girls on earth.

“Literally, there are hundreds. Cityvibe.com. There’s Erotic City," said James Hunter, a detective with the San Diego Police Department. "There’s even websites that name themselves after Craig’s List, that name themselves Bitches of Craig’s List. We have located several underage women off of every single one of these websites.”

Anywhere from 100,000 to 300,000 American children are forced sex workers. Hunter said it’s not known how many children are in the San Diego region sold for sex by pimps. But he calls it a growing problem and one that is tough to combat because of the Internet. Pimps still make girls work the streets.

“When she receives a call off the Internet, then she will call her pimp. Her pimp will pick her up and he will take her to that John," Hunter said. "She will do that date. She will exit that and then he will drive her right back out to the street to continue to work until she meets her quota which could be anywhere from $500 to $1,500 a day.”

The earnings go straight to the pimps, many of whom are gang members. They not only view sex trafficking as a huge money maker but a low-risk crime.

“We have a law on the books for human trafficking which is unfortunately a weak law at this time," Hunter said. "It’s actually probation eligible so you can be a human trafficker and walk away without going to jail.”

Cultural glorification of pimping has also made the business mainstream in some circles.

“We have become as a culture very hyper-sexualized," said Deputy District Attorney Gretchen.

"If you look at the music industry, rap industry, the standards of fashion…what is cool and what is not cool revolves around the debasement of our sexuality,” said Means.

Means said some teenage girls are easy prey for the pimps.

“To be a teenage girl already means to be vulnerable," Means said. " Girls want to be loved. They want to be thought of as pretty. They want to be popular. To be in a pimp’s car. To go through the neighborhood with him and to be known as his girls makes her feel like they’re something.”

But for many, the luster only lasts so long. Kim, not her real name, became a prostitute when she was 12 after she was gang raped. The work eventually filled her with shame.

“And I had never felt that way before," Kim said. "I don’t think a lot of girls do in the beginning but most of them end up on drugs or you end up drinking or you end up half crazy because you cannot sell your soul every single day and not pay a price for that.”

She left after someone passed along scripture.

“I remember just reading that and I like I didn’t want to be a harlot anymore," Kim said.

But leaving is daunting. Pimps beat the girls into such a deep submission that even if there are opportunities to escape, they don’t. Since most are school dropouts, they don’t have the skills to make it on their own. And there are few treatment centers to help them.

“It’s a still a taboo subject," Munsey said. "I still get a lot of blank stares and shocked responses. People tend to look away and really not want to look at it.”

A day after a Republican senator broke with decorum and criticized colleagues for prolonged negotiations on a bill cracking down on human trafficking, the Senate’s point-person on the issue said a deal is within reach and could be sealed within three weeks, when the Legislature is scheduled to recess until January.

“No one has been more determined and more impatient than I to see this passed,” said Sen. Mark Montigny (D-New Bedford). “I think it’s been ironic that some of the loudest voices lately have not been at the forefront of trying to get this done ... I would much rather now, as opposed to appeasing a few Johnny-come-latelys, I would much rather have an excellent bill than a good bill.”

Montigny is the Senate’s lead negotiator on the matter, working behind closed doors with the House’s lead negotiator, Rep. Eugene O’Flaherty (D-Chelsea), and four other conferees to forge a consensus on competing proposals on the matter. The bill has been locked in negotiations for 105 days.

“I can tell you that the House is fully cooperating with us, absolutely determined to get this done before we leave,” Montigny said.

Senate President Therese Murray said she spoke with members of the conference committee and expressed optimism that the bill could get done before lawmakers leave on Nov. 16.

“They’ve advised me that they’re both working together very well,” Murray said. “They’re going to have a full committee hearing shortly and we hope to have the bill before we leave.”

The bills establishes the crimes of trafficking persons for sexual servitude and trafficking persons for forced services, each which would carry a potential 15-year sentence. Traffickers of children could face life in prison. The Senate bill added penalties for organ trafficking, proposed fines of up to $1 million on businesses found to engage in human trafficking, and added state-funded social services for victims of sex trafficking or forced labor. The House bill would authorize $10,000 fines for those convicted of soliciting sex from a minor.

Montigny has been pushing similar proposals for six years, but while his efforts languished, other states began implementing laws to punish human trafficking and provide more tools for law enforcement. Massachusetts is now one of four states without a comprehensive trafficking law, supporters say.

“I don’t know of any category of criminal that needs long-term or lifetime incarceration more than a trafficker of children. So the key here is not just ensuring that they spend the rest of their life or some very significant time behind bars ... The problem doesn’t go away when you put them in jail,” he said. “The much more difficult part is the long-term saving of the victim, who is for the most part an abused victim or an abused child.”

On Wednesday, Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr (R-Gloucester), one of the six members of the conference committee, disseminated a letter calling on Montigny and O’Flaherty to convene a meeting “as soon as possible so that we can work towards a favorable resolution without any further delay.”

“Several months have elapsed since both the House and Senate unanimously endorsed their respective proposals and appointed a Conference Committee to work out the differences between the two bills,” Tarr wrote. “While I understand the importance of proceeding in a deliberative manner when considering legislation of this magnitude, I am concerned that with each passing day that goes by without a resolution, we are effectively denying justice to the victims of human trafficking who are relying on us to help end this terrible scourge.”

The letter rankled lawmakers and staff members who are accustomed to private negotiations.

“While the internal workings of the conference committee are confidential, it should be noted that House and Senate staffers recognize the importance of the issues before them and have been meeting and communicating regularly over the past eight weeks to address the remaining differences between the House and Senate’s human trafficking legislation,” an aide to Rep. O’Flaherty told the News Service.

In August, Attorney General Martha Coakley also pleaded with lawmakers for “swift passage” of a trafficking bill.

The House passed its version of the human trafficking bill on June 6, and the Senate endorsed its own version on June 30. In addition to Montigny, O’Flaherty and Tarr, Rep. Elizabeth Malia (D-Jamaica Plain), Sheila Harrington (R-Groton) and Sen. Jennifer Flanagan (D-Leominster) were named as negotiators in July.

Copyright 2008 - All Rights Reserved

Proof of the Porn Industry's Fraudulent Recruiting Practices - This is Sex Trafficking in the Porn Industry Once Again!!

The rape was allegedly videotaped and then distributed for profit. In addition to suing the men and the companies they ran, Jane Doe also is suing the social network site, BlackPlanet.com, for negligence.
On Aug. 16, a Miami grand jury criminally indicted the same two men accused by Jane Dow No. 11—Lavont Flanders Jr. and Emerson Callum, aka Jah-T—on 22 counts of using the same methods described above to lure, under false pretenses, nine women, including Jane Doe No. 11, to locations where they were secretly given Xanax and then raped while being filmed. If the men are found guilty of all charges, they could be sentenced to life in prison.

The corporate entities sued by Jane Doe include BlackPlanet.com, a social network site for African-Americans that claims over 15 million members; Radio One, a broadcasting company that is the parent of BlackPlanet; Interactive One, Radio One’s digital platform property, which operates BlackPlanet; Community Connect Inc, another Radio One subsidiary that also had operational control over BlackPlanet; Miami Vibes Enterprises, an adult production company owned by defendant Callum; DCash Technologies, the parent company of adult website DCashStudios.com; DSynternet Media, another owner of DCashStudios.net; and Dsynternet Online, another owner/operator of the same website.

Defendant Callum is alleged to be a Miami resident and the president or managing agent of Miami Vibes. Defendant Flanders is not alleged to be an owner of any of the defendant companies. According to the Miami Herald, Callum, a Jamaican who resides in Miami, and Flanders, a former Miami Beach police officer, have worked together since 2006. The federal indictment covers crimes allegedly committed by the pair that took place as early as May 2006 and continued through July 2007.

The indictment also states that Flanders would troll ModelMayhem.com as well as BlackPlanet.com, using false identities to contact and then lure women to auditions for mainstream modeling gigs for name-brand liquor companies, and that the women were entreated to drink real alcohol as part of the audition. After the women ingested the alcohol, which according to both the lawsuit and indictment secretly contained Xanax, Flanders would have them sign model releases, and then, “while filming the women, would ask them whether they were under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, knowing, however, that they had already consumed the alcoholic beverages he had given them, which contained Xanax.”

Callum, having witnessed all of this, would then allegedly have sex with the women; Flanders would videotape the sex; and then Callum, through Miami Vibes, would sell videos produced using the videotaped content. According to the indictment, “Flanders and Callum did not pay any of the women any money for the videotaping or distribution of these video-recordings.”

According to Jane Doe, following two such “auditions,” she was dropped off either at her hotel or a relative’s residence, unaware that any sex or filming had taken place. It was only after her agent asked her in October 2007 why she had not informed him that she had done pornography that she learned of the existence of the video.

“Jane Doe’s agent purchased the pornographic video and brought it to Jane Doe’s house to view,” the complaint states. “Jane Doe watched the video of her with Edward Callum, realizing for the first time that she had been raped by Callum during one of the auditions.”

The Miami Herald reported that Radio One has “’vehemently’ denied all of the allegations in the lawsuit,” and that the company’s lawyer wrote in an email, "We are confident that we will be absolved in a court of competent jurisdiction. The owner and operator of BlackPlanet.com strongly encourage Internet users to observe prudent and safe practices."

Two California pornography companies are attempting to sue 140 Maryland residents for unlawfully downloading and distributing their adult films.

Patrick Collins Inc. and Third Degree Films have one problem—the California companies don't know the names of the people they want to sue for copyright infringement.

But two of Maryland’s largest Internet service providers—Comcast and Verizon—have been ordered by a federal judge in Greenbelt to turn over the personal identities of 22 subscribers known to Patrick Collins Inc. only by numeric Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.

The anonymous subscribers in that case are located throughout the state: Towson, Annapolis, Sykesville, Westminster, Rockville, Columbia, Bowie, Reisterstown, Parkville, Frederick, La Plata, Germantown and Potomac.

Maryland is the latest state to be the target of such litigation. The companies and others have filed copyright infringement lawsuits in several states armed only with IP addresses of people they allege have unlawfully been file-sharing their movies using BitTorrent technology.

It’s a legal strategy involving copyright protection pioneered when the Recording Industry Association of America pursued the identities behind IP addresses of customers who were illegally file sharing music off of Napster, said Julie Samuels, an attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has helped fight against recent lawsuits from pornography companies in other states.

Patrick Collins Inc. filed its case against 22 "John Does" in June. Third Degree Films filed its case against 118 "John Does" just last week and is also asking for a federal judge to order Comcast, Verizon and other Internet service providers to identify the accused customers.

U.S. District Court Judge Alexander Williams Jr.'s order states that Patrick Collins Inc. "allegedly owns exclusive distribution rights to a pornographic movie that is being illegally distributed over the Internet by peer-to-peer file-sharing technology, BitTorrent. Plaintiff claims to know the Internet Protocol address ('IP address') of each infringing defendant, but not their real names, addresses, or other identifying information."

Williams' July order requires Comcast and Verizon to provide that information so that Patrick Collins can then take legal action against each subscriber.

“The most important thing for us is that we treat our customers’ privacy with the utmost seriousness,” said Charlie Douglas, Comcast spokesman. “We don’t just hand stuff over without due process and reaching out to let the customer know that we’re being ordered by a judge.”

He said Comcast has alerted customers identified in the lawsuit about the legal action.

Critics of such legal action call the studios in these lawsuits “copyright trolls.” Critics contend the tactic is nothing more than a way to extract quick cash settlements by threatening to associate people with public exposure in a pornography lawsuit.

Legal documents filed in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, however, indicate a possible shift in strategy by the studios, Samuels said. The studios have been taking legal action against thousands of people at once in other states. But doing so has resulted in some cases being thrown out either because some subscribers don't live in the states where the lawsuits have been filed or because the studios have not shown that such a large class of defendants have been conspiring together.

The cases in Maryland are far more narrow, targeting just 22 people in one case and 118 in the second, Samuels said.

So far in the Patrick Collins case, the company agreed to voluntarily dismiss its allegations against one of the two subscribers who have hired lawyers to fight the lawsuit.

Attorney Eric J. Menhart with CyberLaw in Washington represented the John Doe whose case was voluntarily dismissed by the company.

Menhart said Patrick Collins Inc. agreed to dismiss his client's case because allowing Judge Williams to rule on the dismissal motion could threaten the company's case against all the other subscribers named as co-defendants in the case.

"They cut their losses by dismissing one case," he said. "These cases are happening all over the place. ... We're seeing anywhere from 20 to 200 [defendants]. So far in Maryland I haven't seen big, big numbers. But that can always change."

Copyright 2008 - All Rights Reserved

More NFL Involvement with Pornstars, This Time Sports Agent Sets Up "Dates" to Recruit Players

By Philip Sherwell, New York
7:30AM BST 16 Oct 2011

Nobody knows better than MJ Stephens that rape is no laughing matter. So as the survivor of a sexual assault, she was horrified when she encountered the contents of a Facebook page full of jokes about rape and violence towards women.
But worse was to come when the young American woman tried to argue with the people who had attached their comments to the page called "You know shes [sic] playing hard to get when your [sic] chasing her down an alleyway" – most of them teenagers and young adults from Britain and Australia.
In sickeningly explicit terms, several of them threatened her and expressed the wish that she be raped again.
Such pages, full of ugliness, aggression and pornographic language are multiplying on Facebook, drawing lucrative user traffic to the social networking site.
Now it has emerged that one of the "administrators" of the page – users with the right to edit its content – is believed to be a British schoolboy linked to a network of hackers in Britain, Australia and America who have set up Facebook pages featuring offensive sexual and violent content.

Micheal O’Brien, a Canadian computer systems engineer who co-founded the Rape Is No Joke (RINJ) campaign to pressure Facebook to delete "rape pages" via petitions and boycotts, has tracked the activity on several such pages and contacted participants online.
He told The Sunday Telegraph that associates of 4chan, a loose-knit collection of international "cyber-anarchists" who champion absolute online freedom, including for some the right to share pornography, have founded and administer several of the pages.
The RINJ’s own website has been attacked by hackers and campaigners have been subjected to virulent online onslaughts since they started to draw attention to the 4chan connection last week. Pro-4chan images have also been posted to the "alleyway" page.
Facebook protects the identity of those who set up and run pages. But Mr O’Brien has identified several posters as likely page administrators, including a teenage boy in Britain and college students in Australia.
With nearly 210,000 people indicating that they "like" it, and many million of monthly visitors, the "alleyway" page is the most popular. Others include "Abducting, raping and violently murdering your friend as a joke", "Pinning your mate down while someone HIV positive rapes him for a laugh", "Police call it a restraining order, we call it playing hard to get" and "Turning into a chain smoking sexual predator when you drink".

Many of the regular users who "post" on the pages are young Britons and Australians – many of them still at school, judging from information on their own Facebook profile pages. The website allows any child aged 13 or older is allowed to open an account.
Activists and victims’ support groups in Britain and America, where Facebook is based, have urged the social networking site to shut down and remove the pages. But despite an online petition signed by more than 200,000 people worldwide, the internet giant is refusing to do so.
Facebook did not respond to repeated requests for comment by The Sunday Telegraph. But in response to previous complaints about the pages, the company has said that while they may express "outrageous or offensive" opinions, they do not violate its rules banning content that is hateful or incites violence.
"It is very important to point out that what one person finds offensive, another can find entertaining," a spokesman said. "Just as telling a rude joke won’t get you thrown out of your local pub, it won’t get you thrown off Facebook."

An administrator of the "rape page" posted an online defence in response to the controversy, insisting that he did not support or promote rape but then directing a sarcastic barb at critics.
"i d[o] not support rape this group doesn’t," the person wrote, with a lack of grammar and in internet shorthand characteristic of many postings. "thanks for supporting us uve made us get even more likes i thank u for that but this group has not dne anything wrong according to theterms and cnditions f facebook groups s if it does get taken down it will result in court because it has done nothing wrong."
Facebook’s refusal to remove the pages has outraged campaigners and victim support groups in Britain and America. "It’s ludicrous to compare the content on this page to pub humour," said Jane Osmond, co-editor of the Women’s Views on News website that has led the campaign in Britain.
"Rape is a crime and we live in a society where the threat of rape is in the mind of every woman who has walked down a street alone at night. Making a joke about rape is not just not funny, it allows people to dismiss it as something not serious.

"The page has become a receptacle for hateful threatening language that singles out women. Children as young as 13 can access this page. It is unacceptable."
Miss Stephens, who lives in New Mexico and is part of the RINJ campaign, was equally shocked by Facebook’s attitude. "I was horrified to find content so graphically violent towards women and it blatantly breaches their terms of use," she said. "Such hateful speech against women and graphic descriptions of violence are not jokes that would be acceptable in the pub.
"Those who post in this way are certainly mostly teenage boys and young men saying inappropriate things, but we do believe that these sites have attracted sexual predators too. It is a dangerous group with some dangerous users."

She believes that Facebook would have removed the site if the same jokes or threats were aimed at ethnic minority groups rather than women. And its ban on nude photographs means that pictures of mothers breastfeeding are now allowed. "It is shameless double standards," she said.
Activists who have gone online to make their case, and to publish images for a campaign promoting consensual rather than forced sexual activity, have been subjected to such a violent response that some have complained to the police.
Campaigners on both sides of the Atlantic have now switched their attention to businesses as they believe Facebook is inclined to allow the pages to continue because of the viewers and hence advertising revenue they bring in.
"Facebook will only listen to money, so we are now targeting the advertisers who have appeared on their pages," said Miss Osmond. "We are delighted with the response of companies like John Lewis that pulled their ads."

Major companies that advertise on Facebook were furious to discover that their advertisements were appearing on the "rape page" and demanded they be removed. They included Barclays, 02, John Lewis, Sony, BlackBerry, American Express, Groupon, Heinz, National Lottery, the White Company and PepsiCo.
After complaints from several businesses to Facebook, the "alleyway" page was "whitelisted" last week, meaning that no adverts could be rotated on it. But advertisements continue to appear on other pages where the content was just as offensive.

"Facebook will only listen to money so we are now targeting the advertisers who have appeared on their pages," said Miss Osmond. "We are delighted with the response of companies that have pulled their ads." RINJ is making similar headway with North American advertisers.
A spokesman for John Lewis, one of the first companies to withdraw its adverts from the "alleyway" page said yesterday that it was not aware its advertising was still appearing on other offensive pages.
"Unfortunately, we cannot control what pages people are viewing on Facebook," he said. "We do not choose the page where our advertisements appear but we blacklist a number of content types.
"However, we take the issue of inappropriate content very seriously As soon as we become aware of any advertisement on a page that is not right for our customers we will have it removed."
The controversy highlights a dark side of the burgeoning world of social networking. Some media commentators said the "rape pages" were the latest example of the dangers of unfettered anonymity on social media websites.

Dr Aric Sigman, the author of Remotely Controlled and several papers on social media, said Facebook and other websites allowed contributors to post comments with no accountability.
"It makes the abnormal normal," he said. "It creates an artificial world in which people can say things without the normal checks and balances, from adults and peer groups, that would be applied in real life.
"If you said some of those things in a pub, somebody would say you’ve had too much drink or you’re out of line. But on the internet it can appear to be normal when other join in anonymously and reinforce those views."

OAKLAND, Calif. — A federal judge has given the operators of JerkYourTube.com, GayForIt.com and ItsAllGay.com until the end of business day today to hand over their websites to a receiver or face $1,000-a-day fines.

U.S. Judge Maxine Chesney also ordered three more of the company’s websites transferred to a receiver, as well, in her contempt order against GLBT Ltd.

Those sites — JerkYourTube.eu, GayForIt.eu and ItsAllGay.eu — all received traffic directed from the three similar .com names, Chesney said.

Attorney Marc Randazza, who represents Corbin Fisher, one of three plaintiffs in the copyright infringement suit, said that the U.K. operators of the site think they are "beyond the reach of the courts" in the U.S.

"There is no indication they will voluntarily hand over the websites," Randazza told XBIZ.

In its original $29 million complaint made last year, gay studios Channel One Releasing, Corbin Fisher and Titan Media contend that GLBT Ltd.’s business model follows a system where it requires uploaders to "strip away any evidence that the content is a professional or copyright registered work by prohibiting any video that has the copyright owners’ titles, credits or watermarks."

GLBT Ltd. is owned and operated by Steven and David Compton, both U.K. residents, who not only are known as operators of the six similar-formatted sites, but the pair two years ago rolled out COP-CMS, a software program that proclaims to protect adult studios from copyright infringement.

In August, the three gay studios filed for a preliminary injunction to stop GLBT Ltd. from dispersing its assets, with a federal judge granting the studios’ injunction.
Chesney at the time also ordered that the GLBT Ltd. domains be put into receivership pending resolution of the suit.

The lawsuit took another turn in August when the studios filed a motion for terminating sanctions, claiming the defendants had destroyed evidence relevant to the case.

GLBT Ltd., from the outset of the case, said that it was immune from civil liability because the company operates as an Internet service provider under the safe provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

The company also contended that it can’t be sued in the U.S. because it is an "inconvenient forum" because it operates as an U.K.-based company.

Last month, GLBT Ltd. fired its counsel, with the attorney, Jonathan Capp, telling the court that he "hereby gives notice that he has been instructed by defendants to participate no further in this proceeding."

The Oceanside, Calif., attorney earlier did not comment on whether GLBT Ltd., the operators of the defendant websites, planned on producing substitute counsel. If substitute counsel isn’t arranged, courts typically ask plaintiffs to enter default judgments against defendants.

Copyright 2008 - All Rights Reserved

Do Parents Really Think Porn is Innocent Entertainment to be Shown to Their Kids at College?? This is What Your Tuition Money is Going For!!

LOS ANGELES, CA – (OCTOBER 21, 2011) – Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce that the University of California at Santa Barbara hosted a successful screening of Sam Hain’s spectacular AVN Editor’s Choice Horizon Wednesday night. Held at the prestigious Carsey-Wolf Center’s Pollock Theater, the well-attended screening featured appearances by jessica drake, Kaylani Lei, Alektra Blue, director Hain and producer Lee Roy Myers.

An official UCSB Department of Film and Media Studies event, the screening was followed by a Q&A session and reception which gave the students and faculty multiple opportunities to speak to Hain, Myers, and the lovely ladies of Horizon.

For his part, Hain relished the experience of bringing his epic science fiction adventure to UCSB. “The film was received very enthusiastically, and after the screening, student after student told me they had never seen an adult film of this quality!”

Professor Constance Penley, Co-Director of the Carsey-Wolf Center, echoes the director’s observations. "The students were thrilled to see such a high-quality film in the state-of-the-art Pollock Theater. They were also thrilled to get a chance to talk to the director, producer, and talent about their experiences in making Horizon, first in the Q & A and then at the reception in the Michael Douglas Lobby."

A noted film professor and porn-studies pioneer, Professor Penley’s forward-thinking, sex-positive work has been profiled in such publications as TIME and Rolling Stone. She was delighted to share Hain’s cutting-edge Wicked Pictures production with her class. "The students were astonished at Horizon’s level of creative achievement, especially since they are used to seeing movies that look like Hain’s film but cost tens of millions or even hundreds of millions of dollars."

Yet while she was understandably impressed by Horizon’s technical achievements, she saves her highest praise for Hain, Myers, and the Wicked Girls themselves. "I am grateful to Sam, Lee Roy, jessica, Alektra, and Kaylani for their generosity toward our students. All the exceptionally talented people behind Horizon were forthcoming, thoughtful, and inspiring. Nothing like porn stars to make you think!"

Horizon is available in a Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Combo Pack exclusively from Wicked Pictures.

Copyright 2008 - All Rights Reserved

My Ex - Now You See Why I Got Divorced After 5 Months - The Guy was a Crook and Scammed Me Too - It's Karma Baby :)

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2011

OP/ED by Monica Foster from <A href="http://monicafoster.blogspot.com
">monicafoster.blogspot.com

We are in mid-October and the Pornwikileaks incident STILL has not received LEGAL closure – that’s a fact. Individual parties (both attached and UNATTACHED to the porn industry) who were gang stalked, cyber bullied, harassed, slandered and terrorized both on and offline still would like some legal closure on the issue – yet Sean **** (who could expedite the legal closure process) continues to refuse to furnish the database which would identify exactly who created the "wikis" from the Pornwikileaks site to the public (or at least to the individual parties seeking legal resolution).

Sean ********** is intentionally obstructing justice in the name of personal and professional gain. Regardless of how you want to look at the situation – it is wrong. He has gone as far as to continue utilizing the EXACT SAME stalking and slandering tactics and patterns with his site TheRealPornWikiLeaks as the initial PornWikiLeaks site did.

I am still a PRIMARY TARGET being that I’ve been verbal about the initial PornWikiLeaks site lacking a legal conclusion, and now other’s attached to adult entertainment have become targets and have suffered slander and harassment as well (porn director Nica Noelle, anti-porn activist Shelley Lubben, anti-porn and HIV awareness speaker Derrick Burts, etc).

At this stage I feel an "essay" written by Kayden Kross should be pulled by every media outlet that has posted it. (NL- the essay is entitled the rise and Fall of PornWikileaks & was posted in July on many sites including AVN.com) Either that or a retraction needs to be written that states that the PornWikiLeaks issue has never reached legal closure.

As of current, I’m very disappointed in Kayden Kross’s and possibly Digital Playground’s (they have ads plastered all over Sean Tompkin’s website) support of Sean Tompkins and his aquantence Michael Whiteacre’s regular on and offline harassment, gang stalking and terrorism of individuals they feel the need to target and victimize – however considering that Kayden Kross is a convicted felon for real estate fraud with a criminal history I can’t say I’m surprised (you know the saying "Birds of a feather flock together").

Kayden Kross’s essay is fraudulent, and I have to question if she was paid to assist in the cover up of Sean Tompkin’s efforts to convert the initial PornWikiLeaks project and traffic over to the new TheRealPornWikiLeaks site. Both sites utilize the EXACT same framework (and I’ve stated before that the blueprint for such sites should be patented and made ILLEGAL).

Being that Kayden Kross in my view is assisting possible conspiracy, criminal behavior and fraud, I plan on submitting a letter in regards to the situation to the Superior Court of California to alert the court of the situation. Kayden Kross has been on probation since July of 2009 for real estate fraud (which ironically she claims to be the "victim" of), and though I may be wrong in my view of her involvement in assisting with another fraudulent situation – all signs point to her knowing vital information which could bring legal closure to pornwikileaks.

    • Sean Tompkins disclosed to me via phone that only himself and Kayden Kross would ever know the political motives behind the site (why only Kayden?)
    • Kayden Kross was a client of Michael Fattorosi who gave legal advice to the owners of the website .
    • Kayden Kross is a member of the FSC (free speech coalition) – an organization which is opposed to Shelley Lubben’s efforts, Nica Noelle’s efforts to start the Adult Performer’s Association and the AHF (Aids HealthCare Foundation – the organization Derrick Burts speaks in support of) .
    • Kayden Kross is friends with Michael Whiteacre (who has been gang stalking Shelley Lubben for a while now).
Again, I find it comical that one who proclaimed for so long to be a "victim" (yet was convicted in a court of law) has a problem with me having the strength to acknowledge that I was a true victim (along with my family and many others) who has the EVIDENCE to back it up (and the sense to not GIVE UP until I have legal closure).

I live in the light and in a world of truth. That’s why I don’t have a CRIMINAL HISTORY. Only CRIMINALS don’t seek or see the importance legal closure.

In time I will post a video blog with further details as to this situation on <A href="http://www.MonicaAtHome.com…
">www.MonicaAtHome.com…

(The words of the CONVICTED FELON "victim" Kayden Kross who wrote an essay about pornwikileaks "ending" minus LEGAL CLOSURE. Adult blogger Darrah Ford may have been correct about "Kimmie Krook" aka Kayden Kross. Since Kayden Kross has a problem with true victims, does that mean that SHE NEVER WAS ONE (or will she always be one?) when she claimed to be in 2009? Hmmmmm…)

Individuals who were not attached to the porn industry (the FAMILY MEMBERS of pornstars who were listed) who were VICTIMIZED by pornwikileaks DESERVE LEGAL RESOLUTION.

Copyright 2008 - All Rights Reserved

Shouldn't There Be Seperation of Porn and State . . .
If participation by the firefighters is proven true, it is a violation of department policy, Moore said.

In one of the movies, shot at Venice Beach, LAFD Engine 263 is used as the backdrop by an actress performing lewd acts.

“Look at this fire truck,” says porn actress Charley Chase, as she climbs on the engine and repeatedly exposes herself. “Isn’t that nice.”

It appears that a group of firefighters are watching the movie being shot.

“I know them,” one man says on camera in the reality-style porn flick. "I’m a firefighter.”

Firefighters “set it all up ahead of time” with “the film crew” because they thought it was “good clean fun,”an insider told NBC4 LA.

In the movie, Engine 263 is parked in two disabled spots -- a violation of department policy -- apparently so the porn producers could use the truck.

For several minutes of the movie, the actress appears to have free access to the engine, and asks numerous passersby to fondle her.

“Look, I think we have more friends,” she says, as a group of men stop to fondle the actress.

“Zero tolerance for that,” said Cpt. Tina Haro, an LAFD spokeswoman.

Fire Chief Brian Cummings has ordered a full-scale investigation into possible misconduct by an undisclosed number of firefighters who allegedly cooperated with the porn producers, Haro said.

“The fire chief is adamant about addressing the issue, finding out what took place,” she told told NBC4 LA.

Firefighters might have a tough time explaining how their truck was used in a porn movie. Department policy says “apparatus…shall be kept in sight at all times” by firefighters assigned to it.

The policy also says LAFD employees must “operate apparatus in a way that does not compromise the reputation of the department.”

An insider told NBC4 LA “the battalion chiefs knew. Everyone at the station level knew” about the movie.

“The professional standards division is following all leads, all reasonable leads, leaving no stone unturned” in its investigation, which could take months, Haro said.

That’s in stark contrast to the LA Department of Transportation, where officials learned earlier this year that two Parking Enforcement officers appeared in another porn movie, while in uniform and on duty.

LADOT didn’t launch a full investigation until the officers' participation was revealed in an exclusive NBC4 LA report.

One officer was fired and another disciplined as a result of the city investigation. Parking Enforcement Chief Jimmy Price retired two years ahead of schedule.

The LAFD brass say they’re taking the allegations seriously.

They confirmed they’re investigating not just the firefighters from Venice, but some from another station in Hollywood.

That’s because NBC4 LA learned of yet another porn movie, where Engine 41 from Hollywood is used as a backdrop.

“Hey, turn around,” a firefighter sitting atop the truck is heard shouting to a topless actress in the movie.

LAFD officials say any employees found violating department policy by cooperating with porn producers will be disciplined.

“The fire chief absolutely will not tolerate the type of thing that might have happened in that videotape," Haro said
